libhesiod0 software package provides Project Athenas DNS-based directory service - libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhesiod0
libhesiod0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhesiod0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhesiod0 *
You will get with libhesiod0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
